Joe was very professional and reviewed the carpet in the dining room, living room and hallway that needed to be cleaned before starting the job. He explained the procedure that needed to be performed. Told us exactly how much it would cost. Went to work right away and was very careful to explain that if we needed to walk on the carpet to get to another room that had linoleum, to be very careful when walking to avoid falling. He even stopped by the next morning to inspect the carpet, because we had several spots that were damaged by urine from dogs before the carpet was cleaned. He retreated a couple of spots at no additional charge. We would definitely hire him again!
