Joe was very thorough and brought our dingy, smelly carpet back to life in the house we bought. It’s 3 shades lighter now and smells amazing. He spent almost 3 hours getting every inch of carpet as clean as possible. He’s very detail oriented, explains his process and was honest about price. I paid exactly what he quoted me the first time we spoke.
