Joe was able to come clean my carpets the day I called. I really appreciated his promptness. He is a hard worker and worked very hard to get some nasty stains out of my carpet. The carpets look great. He uses more suction which leaves the carpet drier than most other companies that I’ve used. Most of the carpet areas were almost dry the next morning. In the past it’s taken up to 3 days for my carpets to dry.
