A year ago I hired another company to clean our carpets. They did an OK job, but the deep set stains resurfaced. I had low expectations of getting those removed this time around. However, Joe came in and explained what he’d do and what type of results were possible. He did a great job and was very nice and also professional. The carpets looked great and the stains were gone. They did not resurface in 3 days like the last time. They are still gone months later. Couldn’t be happier. We will definitely use this company again for our annual deep clean.
